ReplyDeleteI'm ashamed to admit I still feel akward putting on my eye liner. I always feel like it doesn't look "quite right"? Does this make sense to you or maybe I'm just being insecure. Anyways can you suggest some basic tips on applying eye liner. It's not so much that I am over doing it or caking it on, but more so I don't feel like I am applying it the best way.
I am lightskinned and a little on the chubby side. Thanks Black Swan!

1. hold the eyelid taut
2. apply liner as close to the lash line as possible
3. to soften the line, you can smudge it in
4. set the eyeliner with shadow right on top.
