Designer, RACHEL ROY, is set to launch a high-end footwear line this August. After working with Manolo Blahnik, her former mentor, on her previous runway collections, she's sure to have stellar shoes. The 30-piece collection will consist of flats, booties and stilettos in between it all. Expect a mix of materials and textures upon debut: snakeskin, suede, and wool paired with patterned polka dots, animal prints and even gingham. RACHEL wants the shoes to represent what she wants to be -- "strong and sexy." The retail prices range from $195 to $600.(WWD)
